For most of my life, I was very good at answering a different question:

When I finally asked myself, “What do I want?” the answer was surprisingly quiet.
Quiet answers need room. A private immersive gives you a whole day of it:
the horses, the land, my full attention, and nobody else in the circle.
The Day
The day is shaped around one question, the one you bring. It moves at your pace. When something surfaces, we stay with it as long as it needs. This is a place where nothing is expected of you, and every hour of the day is yours.

Release is where you set down what was handed to you years ago and never questioned.
Reclaim is where you hear your own voice again and start trusting what it says.
Rise is where you leave with a next step that came from you, one you can go and live.
THE HERD
Four horses share the day with you. They respond to what your body is doing, well before your mind catches up.
Meri, The Embodied Feminine Leader, is queen of the herd. She moves the others with a turn of her head, and an ear goes back only if that first signal gets missed.
Thor, The Protector of Truth, is the first to show up for the work. His presence alone is enough to make a woman feel held.
Bandit, The Forever Peter Pan, walks right into your space and respects a boundary the moment you set one.
Gracie, The Restorative Feminine, is twenty-six. She usually stands apart from the others, watching, and steps in when someone needs her. Women cry near her often.

9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with my full attention on you and the question you bring.
Time with the Horses

One day is complete on its own. Two days give what surfaces on the first day a night to settle before the second begins.

With more time to process and practice, you’ll gain even greater clarity and alignment to carry forward into your life.
OVERNIGHT RESET
Between sessions, take time to rest and reflect, allowing the work to settle and integrate more fully. Local hotels (if needed) less than 15 minutes away.

For a month after your immersive, you can reach me on Voxer. Send a voice message when something shifts or when an old habit comes back, and I’ll respond. If you want more time with the herd, 90-minute Horse Medicine Connections can be added.
