Wild Awake Woman Visualization

A Year of Becoming a Wild Awake Woman

As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the path it has taken—twisting, turning, at times steep, but always leading me closer to the heart of what it means to live wild awake. It has been a year of loss, discovery, and quiet celebration—a collection of moments that have shaped not only my work but also my soul.

Honoring the Sacred and the Personal
This year, I said goodbye to my father, marking a profound and life-altering moment—I now stand in the world without parents. It is a strange and grounding realization, one that carries both the weight of loss and the quiet call to step into a new kind of self-reliance. Without the tether of those who brought me into this world, I find myself reflecting on what it means to carry their legacies forward in my own way. Their absence deepens my sense of responsibility to honor the lessons they imparted while also carving a path that feels uniquely mine.

Embracing Change and Clarity
I’ve spent much of this year stepping away from what no longer feels aligned. Long-term coaching containers have given way to bespoke immersives and retreats, honoring the truth that transformation often comes in powerful, concentrated bursts rather than prolonged engagements. As a Wild Awake Woman, I’ve realized the importance of creating space for others—and myself—to reconnect deeply with what feels authentic.

Moments with Horses and Women
Horses have continued to play a sacred role in my work, teaching me lessons about connection and presence that words often cannot capture. From leading experiences like the Horse Medicine Connection to preparing for an online workshop in equestrian spiritual intelligence, I’ve found joy in helping others discover the quiet magic of these creatures.

Equally, I’ve been inspired by the women who have joined me—whether at gatherings, in coaching intensives, or in conversations that remind us all of the strength and clarity we possess when we pause, listen, and step forward boldly.

Looking Ahead
As 2025 approaches, I feel a call to align more deeply with simplicity and purpose. I’ve begun asking myself, What feels like truth to me? This question will guide me into the new year, shaping the Thrive in 2025 Experience (see info below) and the other offerings that will follow.

My Wish for You
I hope that in this season of endings and beginnings, you give yourself permission to pause and ask the questions that matter most. I hope you’ll celebrate what you’ve become and nurture the seeds of who you’re becoming. And I hope you’ll step into the new year ready to claim your place as the Wild Awake Woman you are meant to be.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. Your presence and trust mean more than words can say.

Here’s to living boldly, loving deeply, and embracing the wild awake life.
