The other morning, I sat with my calendar open. Not planning, just observing.
I sat down with my calendar. Just me, my tea, and the growing awareness that 2025 is winding down and something in how I’ve been spending my time doesn’t quite fit.
Before we talk vision boards or intentions for the new year, I want to offer you the moment I had with myself:
What does my calendar say about what I truly value?
Because here’s the grounded truth:
Your calendar is either building your spaciousness or burying it.
That recurring meeting you dread?
The social obligation you said yes to out of guilt?
The empty white space you swore you’d fill with creativity but never do?
This is the architecture of your life.
We love to talk about vision. Alignment. The woman we’re reclaiming.
But if your calendar doesn’t reflect her, it’s just wishful thinking dressed up as intention.
The truth is, every single block on your calendar is a vote.
A vote for who you’re reclaiming or a vote to keep playing a role you’ve outgrown.
And as I looked at my own days, I saw both. The woman I’m reclaiming and the remnants of who I used to be.
Spaces of nourishment and places where I was still outsourcing my time to old expectations.
So I’ll ask you honestly:
- Does your schedule honor your body, your energy, your truth?
- Or are you giving your time away by default?
- Is there space to breathe, to create, to be or just enough to get by?
If your calendar is full but your soul is starving, something has to change.
It doesn’t require a dramatic life overhaul just presence, honesty, and one grounded shift at a time.
Here’s my invitation:
- Audit your calendar like your life depends on it because it does.
- Delete one thing this week that drains you. No explanation required.
- Add one thing that nourishes your reclamation. No permission needed.
Don’t wait for a breakdown to make space for your breakthrough.
Your future isn’t hiding in your dreams. It’s in your Tuesday at 10am. Your Thursday night. Your Saturday morning.
It’s in the structure you choose or the structure you avoid.
Your reclamation deserves a calendar that reflects her power, values, pace and truth.
As 2025 winds down, let your calendar become a place of alignment, not obligation. A reflection of who you are reclaiming not who you’ve been.
If you’re ready to shape your days in a way that feels true, grounded, and deeply aligned with the woman you’re stepping into, I’m here.
Let’s build the life you’re actually meant to live. One intentional block of time at a time.
