Wild Awake Woman Visualization

Standing on the Edge

As we move from 2025 and step toward 2026, I’m noticing that more and more women are realizing that they aren’t in need of fixing or finding themselves, they are just living by rules that don’t fit them.

For too long, the coaching industry has sold women a script that isn’t ours.

We’ve been told success looks like climbing higher, getting thinner, optimizing harder. Career milestones, productivity hacks, morning routines borrowed from someone else’s life.

Let’s be clear, these goals aren’t inherently wrong. Building a career, tending to your body, creating daily rituals – these can be meaningful, powerful choices.

But only if they actually work for you.

For me, this realization came in midlife. When I lost my job, the one I had followed all the “rules” to earn, my entire life trajectory shifted in a single moment. I was forced to pause. And in that pause, I finally stopped long enough to notice what no longer fit.

This was my threshold moment.

The old rules had stopped delivering, but the new ones hadn’t been written yet. I felt it in my soul – the quiet resistance, the exhaustion, the sense that I was following instructions that were never meant for this season of my life.

The questions shift here.

From “What should I do?”
to “What feels true to me?”

This isn’t about abandoning ambition. It’s about reclaiming authorship. It’s about letting go of rules you inherited, absorbed, or survived by and creating new ones rooted in who you are now.

Not every goal is worth your energy. Not every ladder is yours to climb.

When you’ve lived enough life to know that external validation is fleeting, you begin to recognize that real freedom comes from becoming fluent in your own inner wisdom.

And that’s the work we’re being called into.

As women, as leaders, as guides, we’re no longer looking for someone to keep us accountable to someone else’s blueprint. We’re looking for spaces where we can hear ourselves again, where intuition gets to lead and wisdom lands in the body before it ever becomes a plan.

This is the evolution of Uncoaching: no prescribed path, no borrowed rules just a space where inner reclamation begins, on your terms.

The most powerful thing a woman can do in a threshold moment is stop following the rules that no longer fit and begin living by the ones that feel like truth.
